We have relocated to large new state of the art premises in Chatham, Kent. The new facility is over 10,000 sq. ft. and marks the culmination of a period of intense investment and expansion for us at PressOn. Since 2012 we have invested over £900,000 in cutting edge print and finishing equipment. In order to print at vast scales (up to 3.2m widths) and at high speed we purchased the World’s first HP Latex 3000, Europe’s first HP Latex 360 and an EFI VUTEK Qs2 Pro. We also purchased a state of the Kongsberg i xp24 cutting table and new liquid laminators to add to our existing armoury of machinery.
The move has meant that joint founding MD’s Andy Wilson and Nigel Webster can realise their vision of creating a print and finishing layout that is logical and offers large time savings. The entire production and dispatch process has been revolutionised and runs with great precision and efficiency.
This has freed time for our team to experiment with the cutting edge machinery and find new ways of developing PressOn’s technical abilities. The move has also create much needed space for client meetings and also for the team to socialise and relax between projects. The boost to morale has been huge and very welcomed.
